2. Purpose and legal basis
If you send an enquiry, we process your contact name, email, optional company, delivery country, requested materials and message to respond to you and discuss a possible B2B transaction. The anticipated GDPR legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) when taking steps prior to a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate business interest in answering enquiries, subject to final legal review. The acknowledgement checkbox confirms you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing.
Recruitment enquiries
For employer recruitment enquiries, we may process requested roles, industry, number of vacancies, contract type, start date and work location to reply to the company. This employer form is not intended for candidate CVs, personal identity documents or sensitive personal data; please do not submit them. Recruitment and staffing services are in development and subject to applicable EU and national requirements.
Training and qualification enquiries
For technical training requests we may collect the subject, location, number of participants, preferred delivery format, start date and expected qualification. We use these details solely to discuss training needs and possible options. Do not submit personal data about individual trainees, IDs, medical details or restricted technical information. Any formal certification is governed by its authorised issuer.
3. Service providers
Our website is hosted on Vercel. Form processing uses Web3Forms, spam protection uses hCaptcha and illustrative images come from Unsplash. These providers may process technical data, such as IP addresses. Some processing may occur outside the EEA. Their contractual terms, transfer safeguards and data-processing locations must be confirmed before full operation.
4. Retention and your rights
Enquiries are retained no longer than needed to reply and meet any applicable legal requirements. Final retention periods need to be specified before commercial operation. You may request access, correction or erasure where applicable, object to processing and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact the email above.
5. Cookies, tracking and marketing
We do not run our own analytics scripts or offer browser push subscriptions. hCaptcha and external services may use cookies and related technologies; this requires a final cookie/privacy assessment before launch.

2. Cel i podstawa przetwarzania
Jeśli wyślesz zapytanie, przetwarzamy imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, opcjonalnie nazwę firmy, kraj dostawy, wybrane materiały i treść wiadomości. Wykorzystujemy dane do udzielenia odpowiedzi i rozmowy o możliwej transakcji B2B. Przewidywane podstawy prawne RODO: art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b (działania przed zawarciem umowy), jeśli ma zastosowanie, lub lit. f (uzasadniony interes w obsłudze zapytań), do końcowej weryfikacji prawnej. Checkbox potwierdza zapoznanie się z informacją, a nie zgodę marketingową.
Zapytania rekrutacyjne
W przypadku zapytań firm o pracowników możemy przetwarzać nazwy stanowisk, branżę, liczbę wakatów, rodzaj współpracy, termin rozpoczęcia i lokalizację pracy w celu odpowiedzi na zapytanie. Formularz jest przeznaczony dla pracodawców, nie do przesyłania CV kandydatów, dokumentów tożsamości ani wrażliwych danych osobowych. Usługi rekrutacyjne pozostają w fazie rozwoju i podlegają właściwym przepisom krajowym oraz UE.
Zapytania dotyczące szkoleń i kwalifikacji
W zapytaniach o szkolenia możemy otrzymać informacje o temacie, kraju, liczbie uczestników, formie szkolenia, terminie i wymaganym potwierdzeniu kompetencji. Dane służą wyłącznie omówieniu potrzeb i możliwych rozwiązań szkoleniowych. Nie przesyłaj danych osobowych uczestników, dokumentów tożsamości, informacji medycznych ani zastrzeżonych danych technicznych. Formalna certyfikacja podlega wymaganiom uprawnionych jednostek.
3. Dostawcy usług
Stronę hostuje Vercel, formularz obsługuje Web3Forms, ochronę przed spamem zapewnia hCaptcha, a zdjęcia pochodzą z Unsplash. Usługi te mogą przetwarzać dane techniczne, takie jak adres IP. Część przetwarzania może odbywać się poza EOG. Przed pełnym uruchomieniem należy zweryfikować umowy, zabezpieczenia transferów i lokalizacje przetwarzania.
4. Przechowywanie i prawa
Zapytania przechowujemy nie dłużej, niż jest to potrzebne do udzielenia odpowiedzi i spełnienia obowiązków prawnych. Dokładne okresy przechowywania trzeba określić przed uruchomieniem działalności. Masz prawo do dostępu, sprostowania lub usunięcia danych w ustawowych przypadkach, sprzeciwu i skargi do Prezesa UODO. Skontaktuj się poprzez podany e-mail.
5. Cookies i marketing
Nie używamy własnych narzędzi analitycznych ani subskrypcji powiadomień push. hCaptcha i usługi zewnętrzne mogą stosować cookies lub podobne technologie — wymagają one końcowej oceny przed uruchomieniem.

Das Formular ist für Arbeitgeber gedacht, nicht für Bewerberlebensläufe, Ausweisdokumente oder sensible Personendaten. Die Personalvermittlung befindet sich im Aufbau und unterliegt geltendem EU- und nationalem Recht.
Schulungs- und Qualifikationsanfragen
Bei Schulungsanfragen können wir Thema, Land, Teilnehmeranzahl, bevorzugte Form, Starttermin und gewünschten Nachweis verarbeiten, um mögliche Angebote zu besprechen. Bitte keine personenbezogenen Daten einzelner Teilnehmer, Ausweise, Gesundheitsdaten oder vertraulichen technischen Informationen senden. Formale Zertifizierungen werden nur durch zuständige Stellen vergeben.

Anfragen werden nur so lange aufbewahrt, wie es zur Beantwortung und zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Pflichten erforderlich ist. Konkrete Fristen sind vor dem Betrieb zu bestimmen.
